POTW 13 Sept

A close run thing this week as I particularly like the lighting in Graham's "The Fishing Pier" but by a short head my choice for POTW goes to Dave Wilson for "Passing Tram". The vibrance and intensity of the image is just stunning and the technique perfectly executed.
