I'm sure I've seen a previous thread about this somewhere, perhaps someone could point me in the right direction..

Basic question...
If I were to except a fee for taking some ones portrait, who keeps the copyright. The photographer or the sitter.:)

I think it get complicated if you wanted to sell the image. Then your into getting the model to sign a model release form otherwise they should get a share of the money.
