Don, As you are missing the pellet in the shot , am I right in thinking you've either need to slow the pellet down or increase the speed of the flash? I take it the flash is at max speed (min power)...

I think with the set up you have, you could end...

I think with the set up you have, you could end up with different results every time you try :( all depending how the pellet comes through the foil.)
I will have think as well.
