Ah ok pretty sure none of my Nikon's have the option to reduce amount of MP but then never had a need to. Do remember my old Fuji had the option.

I agree with you. I use instagram and am amazed at how easy it is to produce interesting photos using the built in filters. Would recommend it to anyone who loves photography.
