Attached is before and after levels adjustments (green and red). I wouldn't swear to it, but I think that levels is independent of monitor calibration.

There does appear to be a slight colour cast that adjusting 'levels' could cure and give you the image that you want.

I've got an X-pro 2 and RawTherepee and Darktable both convert my RAW files, and are both free. I use Affinity Photo, which also converts the Fuji files - it costs £50.00, but suits my photography.

Sierra is the latest OS, which you should be able to update free. However, it seems to me to be slower than El Capitan to open large photos....
