Epson Printing too dark

Epson R800 that had previously printed perfectly has now started to print at least 3 to 4 stops darker than the monitor display.
Monitor calibrated with Spyder2Express.
Workspace is Adobe RGB....

I use the stitch tool in Canons DPP. Very simple to use. The Elements one is too memory hungry even with 2 GB of ram. Would probably be OK with small files though.

I made a simple holder from half inch plywood that was cut to be a friction fit over the fixed lens hood. Two slotted wood slips were glued to this to hold Cokin X-Pro grads (the largest available)....
