I'm sure it's money well spent - certainly takes some of the "dark science" out of sharpening.

I use it in 2 stages, firstly as soon as I open the image I apply the "capture sharpener" & then I use the "output sharpener" at the end of post-processing - making sure the image is at final size before applying.

I find that there is still room for some additional USM/Smart sharpen if desired - although obviously this varies from camera to camera & image type (I use RAW / TIFF)
