It's all true.
These same things could be applied to any chosen profession too....
I don't agree with the order of importance, if this is being applied to photography as a profession. Salesmanship/ marketing ability is way far too down the list....talent and creativity is still a couple too high I feel...I've seen consistently some really dreadful wedding photographs from photographers making a living, and some really nice ones from those who can't, for example.
