Duncan, orange have two ways of making websites, one is by using the online sitebuilder which is very limited and another which allows you to use your own software, I am doing the latter.
I have just managed to get Filezilla to work, what was wrong I left the advanced setting in default mode when it should have been set to active
, The software program I am using to create the site, doesn't have this setting to change so still can't up-load direct through that.
I have also downloaded Smartftp client to see if I can get online with that one but no go. At least now I can update without taking hours with Filezilla.
