Hi All
As I have only had one lens since buying my D80 I never had the need to remove the lens, The other day I noticed some spots on one of my photo's I took the lens off and saw some particles on the mirror (which I blew away easily) But I did notice the sponge (mirror damper) had a gap along the front edge.
Do I need to worry about it? as the D80 is less than a year old should I get it looked at? I will try and get a photo of the sponge and post here if anybody is interested in seeing what I mean.
