Hi John, looking through your gallery, I agree with Rob in some respects. The lens distortion can be corrected in Photoshop or through specialist software like DxO. But another answer is to look at the view again and use the lens to deliberately exaggerate the view and perspective. Also as Rob says it is essential to have the camera level, vertical and the plane as parallel to the building face as possible. A tilt backwards or forwards and lines fly out or in. This is why a lot of architectural photographers use tilt/swing/shift lenses. I use a 24 mm for my buildings. It is the Nikkor 24 mm PC-E lens.
