I don't think I would ever use one of these lens. They are cheap lens and I have never seen a good report about them. In general you get what you pay for with a lens.

This is a typical review if you scan the web ;

"This apears to be a cheap brand made for/by a Brooklyn-based camera shop. I hear nothing but bad reports of everything that comes from this Brooklyn shop. I'd avoid them, myself."

Very poor optics will be like looking through a fog and suffer colour fringing.

The only glowing report is from the seller of these lens !!!

What sort of lens are you looking for ?

They are a number of lens in the budget range which are not bad and others to be avoided.
