Ken,

A lot of independent lens makers of this class of optic used a T2 mount. As the lens is a fixed aperture there was no requirement for aperture linkage.

If the lens has a threaded mount then my money is on it being a T2 mount. I have had a look at a Jessops catalogue and they do them for £5.97.

You have not said what camera you wish to attach it too.

Something to be aware of with mirror lenses is that they are fixed aperture. - The exposure can only be controlled in manual mode using the shutter speed.
