Find out more info about it - if bellows have holes in them, shutter works, aperture works etc...judging by cosmetic condition nothing works but you never know. The lens probably has balsam separation and would need a repair. Overall it looks like you'd need to spend a lot of money repairing that - in its current state it looks like little more than an interesting paperweight and as such not worth a lot of money.

I would clean it up and use it as some sort of decoration, it has retro charm.

However as a 35mm view camera with extensive movement it was intended for specialist/scientific work. It cost £180 back in the 50s which would have been a LOT of money (EDIT: according to online tools it could be anywhere between 3300 and 7500 2008 USD http://www.measuringworth.com/exchange/) and was not produced in great number. If you managed to get it working again it could be worth a fair bit to a collector today.

Without having the item in front of me or having detailed pictures it is difficult to evaluate overall condition, other than the visibly poor cosmetic condition. That does not necessarily mean that functions do not work.
