Well I've been looking forward to the news, but not so sure on price $1800 in the States and £1600 in the UK. Guess I won't be placing an order, unless my pilot friend happens to be flying to America. Alternately I may just buy the bargain of the year a brand new 7D plus 3 year guarantee for less than £600
