This week yielded a large collection of contenders for judging, mainly birds - but some excellent shots of general interest, I particularly liked Mbkamrani's 'Sisters' and Ade G's 'Dubmill Mussel Beds', also Robski's ' Sitting on a Fence' was masterly. However this week my choice is the attention grabbing 'Male Sand Lizard' from Nigel G.
The pose of the subject makes a lovely natural composition, plus the clarity of the colours and the image sharpness combined to get my vote.
