Try the FSC, I have been looking to do a Manipulation course for Photoshop, and a basic photography course. The FSC do weekend courses Friday pm till Sunday, either residential or non-residential. The prices are really reasonable and if you do the non-residential course it includes all meals and facilities as well. I am hoping to book a course later in the year.
