The 400 is getting long in the tooth I've had it for about 6 years and the New cameras offer a lot in terms of features such as better low light performance , speed, 80 percent more pixels , and video capability
the main thing about the 60d is build quality for me and its a step up but the 650 offers a lot the 60 does its just whether its worth the extra 90 pounds
