Default HP Officejet 7000 printer

Has anyone any experience of using one of these for photo printing?
It's an A3 printer that can handle media up to 330x1180mm. I currently print with a Canon iP4700 A4 printer and use an old Epson printer for panoramas as it can handle 210x1176mm but I'd really like to print A3 and longer/wider panos.Canon A3 printers seem to have a length limit of 676mm, unless I look at the megabucks versions! and I'm not a great fan of Epson -too much ink wastage when changing cartridges and limited life span.I've read mixed reviews about this printer and although it's available at a reasonable price (£170.00 on Amazon) I don't want to fork out that sort of money to find out it's no use! The only other thing I have to overcome is the physical size of it-it's a monster!

Photos are not for commercial use-just for home/family/friends display.
Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

Dave
