Ollie, do you mean 70-300mm?
I used this lens for 12 months and was quite happy with the results, but on many occassions found the long end to be a little short.
The 300 end of the lens should produce a similar shot to the Sally "B" one that I posted a little earlier.
I posted this one just so that you would get some idea of what 300mm will achieve.
