I thought it best to start a new thread on this, if you've read my last topic about my old Photoshop version you will know I'm looking for a new software package to edit images in.
I discovered Paint.Net
www.getpaint.net on my PC this morning, it must be something my son dowloaded and installed, I've had a quick play with it and is seems very intuative to use and unbelievably it's free.
I know there will be limitations but it has all the basic features you'd expect to find in paid for software, does anyone else use this? In fact has anyone else even heard of it before?
