I've done it Christine, mods can post images into other member's galleries directly (which I've only just seen how to do, scroll to bottom of "upload photos" page and enter the name of the member you want to post on behalf of), or post them into their own gallery and then move them to another's gallery (which is how I used to do this).
shahabalishahi isn't having trouble posting into his gallery, so it may not be country wide.
