I agree with Trenna - its a great idea but it still relies on sufficient members to vote to get a reasonable result. If you look at the voting in the fortnightly competition there have only been 7/8 votes in the last few weeks (I'm guilty of not always voting
) The risk I think Steve's suggestion runs is that, unless there is one absolutely standout photo we will get a number with the same number of votes... and then someone still has to make a decision.
On the other hand if it was my responsibility once every, say six weeks, I would put. Note in my diary to remind me to do it. Obviously majority decision on this one.
The mods have been quiet on this one so far - do you have a view guys?
