Why is image in Gallery pixelated?

Hi I posted an image in the gallery, but it seems very pixelated, yet the original is really sharp.

Have I done something whilst resizing to affect it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Certainly looked rather grim... small size as well. I've deleted now, try again with a larger version.
