hi all,im new to this site but been having photo fun for many years with canon d400,ive just got a 7d and bought a sandisc extreme pro 64gb 90 mb/s and when i search its properties it has 59.6gb capacity.
i know you never get the total stated but does anyone with the same card think this is the norm.all help appreciated. cheers all andy |

It's true for any storage medium, HDD or solid-state like an SD - my '320GB' external HD only gives me 299 usable GB.

false advertising if you ask me.......lets say you give £80 when the product costs £100...im sure they would want the correct amount listed on the pricetag.
