I took my GRAY SCALE/VALUE FINDER to images in my photo essay book of people by YOUSEF KARSH. KARSH was a well known lensman in the early to mid 1900's
After collecting some VALUESon my GRAY SCALE/VALUE FINDER, I applied them to the fellow in the image to see what I could come up with. Some of KARSH'S IMAGES were slightly darkish. Norm D

This is not me, but I tried friends using VALUES from the KARSH book. I do like the image better using these VALUES.

I know the above image is slightly out of focus after I did it. These images below I have been studying how to improve my efforts with each time I work on it. This one is by far the best one to date. It has room to improve, but that is the challenge. Norm D
