			the third pic for me is the best because the tern is really "crisp" and sharp. However I think there is a bit too much background. Try to make the background out of focus. 			Birds in flight can be a real challenge.    #1 & #2 are just a little out of focus.   #3 is a good one but I think a little tighter crop would be good.    #4 is ok except the wing is over the terns face, just bad luck.    Good work all around, Hugh.
