Found it difficult to narrow down to just one (and I don't seem to have posted that many this year.)
I think my runner up would have to be Kellys Hat mainly because of the technical challenge (the hat
was originally blue ) but my favourite I think has got to be Rhapsody in Blue because I had
imagined this image probably 12 months before hand, and then to create it with the mood and the lighting...

Christine,

If you have it posted in your gallery, then selecting/copying the URL (http address), copy using Ctrl + C and pasting it, using Ctrl + V, into the message box will make it clickable.

This is my own personal favourite, and although I was disappointed at the response, it gave me the opportunity to learn a new technique.

That competition had some really quality entries....I know people say it every month, but it was a genuinely difficult one to choose.
This shot was a cracking one...superbly sharp.

I can fully understand how you feel regarding the comments. I wouldn't read into it too much.
I've had more than a few photos on here that I thought might provoke more of a reaction, or atleast critical comment...but only the mother-in-law comments on!

Thanks,Duncan. The wrong way around, but yes this was one of my fav shots from 2007.I just loved the colours, and although landscape shots are not my forte, this is one of the few Iy found reasonably acceptable.

I Have chosen this one, for a number of reasons
http://www.worldphotographyforum.com...00&ppuser=1395
It was the first time I had taken the new 18-200mm VR lens out beyond the back garden (as I felt self conscious)
And it was my first time trying panning shots.
So what with learning to use a new lens and new technique I was happy with outcome.
