Can't say I've had any problems Archie, have you limited your picture size to the limits given in the gallery guidelines?

"Images should be jpg. format and no more than 1024 pixels across the longest length. We are pretty free as far as filesize goes, but do consider others who may not have a fast connection... under 200kb as a general guide but a max of 400kb is in place."

Archie,

I have this evening put a picture in a post and some in the gallery with no probs. There have been times when I have had to sign in again with each action, but I have never suffered a lost image or post.
