Hi all

is there softwear you can download that makes it easy to reduce the memory size of pictures to the size needed to submit my picture.

Andrew,

Hi there Andrew, have you tried Picasa? I understand its free from Google and several members here use it. Also if you have a "save for web" option that should work although it may remove your EXIF.

FastStone is free to download and is good for re-sizing.
