Default Anyone using Photofiltre?

Help.... I have downloaded Photofiltre and so far have thoroughly enjoyed using it, easy and user friendly.....UP TILL NOW!

Has anyone managed to download the plugins and got them to unzip.
I cannot for the life of me unzip the plugins I've downloaded.
I've saved the files in the plugin folder as directed, but everytime I go to unzip it goes into Adobethingy and that doesn't recognize them.
What do I do now? How on earth do I unzip the plugin files that I want?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Jo

Unzip the file's content in the PhotoFiltre's 'Plugins' Folder. Then restart PhotoFiltre to load the plug-in.

Or alternatively

Extract the plug-in to the desktop. Then the following sequence
"My Computer" >> select "C Drive" >> "Program Files " >> "Photofiltre" Click on "Photofitre" here you will see the "Plug-in" folder.
Now just drag your plug-in into this folder.

I did much the same. I saved the zipped files to my desktop, then unzipped them and copied the unzipped files to the plugin folder.

Many thanks for the help Wolfie and snowyowl
However, my problem isn't that I don't know where to put the downloads. My problem is unzipping them. Everytime I go to 'open' the file which should then unzip...Adobe Reader 6.0 takes over and trys to unzip them, It then gives the following message...

'Adobe Reader could not open....file name....because it is either not a supported file type or the file has been corrupted (for example it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)'

The files I downloaded were saved into a temp folder and NOT emailed, so I know they aren't corrupted. But I still cant unzip them
What do I do now? Do I need another unzip programme to override the Adobe one? Any advice would help
Jo
