lol you guys are just funny

i was looking at buying a D7000 but upon reading this and realising prices of like D300/ D300s will be tumbling down i might look at saving a few hundrad quid on getting a second model but i aggree with *surfg1mp*

its nice to be the first person to have your hands on a camera rather than knowing that somebody has maybe mistreated it in the past if your really good at looking out for things and have a fine appreciation for good technology

So far have only seen the D7000 bundled with the 18-105 VRii, I was thinking the camera could do with a step up in the form of Sigma's 18-50 f2.8?

Would be interested in what other folks think what might make a suitable lense kit upgrade..assuming I got the body only and needed a do it all zoom lense!

Matt

the tamron 17-50 2.8 may be worth considering.
