Hi Matt, I'm a confirmed Mac user and I use Photoshop and Aperture, so I cannot comment on any of these weird Windows bits. But I like the four thumbnails you've posted with this thread. Why not upload them to your Gallery?

Matt,I use Picasa quite often.Very good for straightening ones tilting landscape shots,also perfect for just adding some colour to a very pale sky on a sunny day.A good prog,handy to have around.Simple to use.
