Ups & Downs

Up - Graham's - The Fred - I liked the image - especially the intensity on the leading riders face. I think this is an occasion when a square crop, taking say 20% off the left & 5% off the right might have made a stronger image.

Down - Peter's - Re-cycle - It looks a bit flat on my screen & probably would have benefited from a curves adjustment to boost the contrast

Up: Christine's 147 miles - job done! Great moment captured! I'm assuming (by the mileage) it's a coast to coast run. It works well as a shot. It crossed my mind that an interesting alternative may have been a portrait shot including the horizon giving more impact to the 'as far as you can go' scenario. JMHO.

Down: Clive's Rapid Rob. Technically spot on. I liked the use of a tight DoF that kept all the focus on the cycle wheel.
