Default POTW Sun 7th Aug

A couple of shots caught my eye this week, I liked Wolfie's Red Arrows making the best of a dull day with a different shot of the team. My choice this week is Nigel's Street Sharks, mainly it was different, colourful, amazing pair of shoes. I liked the use of the background as a contrast to the colour in the shoes and the composition worked well for me. If it was mine I would definitely put that in a club competition.

Thanks Ade - it was taken with this year's "still life" comp in mind. I thought the shoes had potential as soon as I saw them but as I had never met the young lady before it was how to get the shot without strange looks - fortunately when she kicked them off on the flags outside Bath Abbey this is how they landed and I grabbed the chance.
