Default Slow Down

This morning I had trouble accessing WPF and Talksmall, BF is ok. Everything is tremendously slow. It probably has taken 10 minutes to get to apoint where I can post this. My computer had an error over night but everything else seems fine now. Anything going on at the admin end of WPF or is the problem at my end?
It might be easier (or at least quicker) if Admin can reply directly to me at dankennedy(at)islandtelecom.com. Thanks!

No idea what happened but I'm glad it's fixed. The problem for me was not knowing if it was a WPF problem or a something locally.
