video on Nikon d300

Hi I have video setting on my Nikon d300 but try as I can nothing happening

anyone help

Did you mean the D300s. I'm not a Nikon owner, but I think video is not available on the D300.

You would be correct Harry, there is no video function available on the D300.
The video mode setting is for connecting to a television, either NTSC or PAL.
