Canon Digital Photo Professional works beautifully on mac and beta 3.0
was available same time as PC version, only touch PSE now as a frame for neatimage and posibly levelling a horizon if it is up and GraphicConverter isn't.
Most people buy iMacs which are the stripped down cheapo version, often 1 chip behind and not surprisingly won't win any races. The macs for professional use are twin processor desktops and I think they still win many benchmark trials, ie in real use not nominal Hz.
Just jacked my 5 1/2year old Powerbook upto maximum memory and will probably give up computing and digital photography if it ever fails (...or maybe not
