Hi
Just go to this post http://www.birdforum.net/showthread.php?t=43957 on the sister forum, birdforum, you will see that it is well worth keeping away from this company, I had terrible trouble getting them to honour my insurance, you will also note someone else there finally got a refund as their own claims manager admitted the policy wasn't worth the paper it was written on!!!
Just realised I reponded to the wrong post should have been for Maximise's posting!!
