It is without doubt a fake. They are getting more sophisticated. The latest I have had is an email purporting to be a returned email due to addressee unknown. The aim is to get me to open the attachment, and hence allow a virus onto my PC. I wish I could get my hands on these criminals. (Well, a big stick.)

I feel sorry for those people who think it is genuine. I was nearly caught out as the figure they referred to was very close to something I bought on-line last week. I went and checked the receipt to see if they used worldpay they didn't so went onto worldpays site and read the about the scam emails. I was lucky but there are those people who get caught out. Its so maddening that there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

If in doubt do not open any e-mails , and delete them immediately.
