Hope you enjoy!

The challenge will be run on (GMT) time, Friday noon (12:00 hours) through to Monday noon (12:00 hours).
The Weekend Challenge will close Monday 12 noon for posting photos, to allow time for a 3 day poll.
A 3 day poll will be in place in the thread, for you to vote for the best photo for that weekends challenge, the voting will end on Thursday at noon.
The winner picks a challenge for the following weekend and starts a new thread.

1. One photo per member.
2. To be taken during that weekend. (I hope you will be honest here).
3. The photo must include exif data if possible with date and time.
4. This may seem harsh but no comments from any members to be included in the thread. This will make it harder if there is a lot of photos for the voters to go through.
5. Post your entry as an attachment directly in this thread.

To create a poll go to top of thread and in Thread tools press Add a poll to this thread. Only the starter of this thread can see this option.
In the update options box change the number 2 to how may have entered.
In each box put the title of the entered photos.
In close poll, put 3 days.
Submit new poll, that's it done. Enjoy.

Default Fashion surplus

Ties..a thing of the past? I got asked by the Director of a company 2 years ago that when I was approaching / working with his staff would I kindly not wear a tie! He said that a tie created an instant communication defensive barrier. In a way he's proved himself right. I dont think I've worn one since & it does assist when speaking with someone new; doesnt make me look as officious.
I heard; how true I dont know, that even Sir Terry Leahey of Tesco fame is actively encouraging a tie free workplace.

could always split the MONTHLY in to two.

"Senior members / above amateur"
"new members / amateur"

That would remove the "I'm not as good as them" factor

Someone else may need to forward my message as with it being an idea of mine, it'll be crap
