Default Fortnightly challenge-3/06/2011 to 19/06/2011 - Box Brownie

Topic...Box Brownie...take ONE photo .

The aim of the challenge is to take an old style photo using Box Brownie camera settings. This will mean digging out the camera manual for some of you to set the camera in manual mode. Shutter speed must be 1/60 sec. ISO must be 100. You are allowed 2 choices of f-stop, F8 or f16. I'll not tie you down to a fixed focal length or focus distance. But if you can use a short lens that would be good. Needless to say it needs to be monochrome. Soft focus would also be good. Subject Matter can be whatever takes your fancy.

Fortnightly Challenge is open to all members.
The challenge will be run on (GMT) time.

Post your photo in this thread from 3rd June 2011 through to midnight on 16th June 2011, after which a 3 day poll will be placed in this thread for voting on the best photo in this challenge.
(Please give your photo a title )

The winner picks a challenge for the following fortnight and starts a new thread.

1. One entry of one photo per member
2. To be taken during period stated above
3. The photos must include exif data if possible with date and time
4. Post your entry as one attachment directly in this thread
5. No discussion of entries in the thread
6. Do not post any entries in the gallery until after the voting has finished

Good Luck to Everyone

Default girl

I had to get out my manual to learn how to set up for this one, it certainly was a challenge for me.

Default ISO 100. 1/60. f16 resized & mono conversion only, otherwise no PP

Exactly the kind of Brownie shot I would have taken 50 years ago - boring!
