Question Tamron 16mm to 300mm

I like the look of the new Tamron 16 to 300 lens but I have a Lumix DMC-G5 which is Micro Four Thirds, is there a converter I can get so the Tamron lens will work on my G5 and focus automatically.

Unfortunately there are no converters that allow other mount lenses to AF on a m43s body (except 4/3s lenses) and it seems that this lens is only coming out in Canon, Nikon and Sony mounts. Perhaps if it sells well they will make it available for other mounts in the future?

Thanks for the info postcardcv I thought that might be the case, a friend of mine has just bought a Tamron 16 to 300 for his Cannon and is very pleased with it. I hope they bring it out in MFTs then I'll certainly buy one.
