Can one of you clever people help me get rid of that horrible drain pipe,
I will crop later to get rid of the rest of the distractions

You can clone it out, or alternativly paint it the same colour as the brickwork to make it less distracting.

Lello If I tell you I will have to kill you afterwards.
It wasn't too difficult I used the clone tool only I kept resizing it so as not to have to much of the same area. I placed the center of the picker to one of the joins in the brickwork and cloned away, the same for the floor. This is only a quick edit less than 10 minutes if I took longer the cloning would be less visible in the blowup.

Make it a quick death
I started using the clone tool but I couldn't seem to get the joins in the right place, But then again I'm not very patient.
Thanks, I will have a go at the original and see what happens
By the way what brush do you use?

I use any of the solid brushes set to normal 100% opacity 100% flow.

Thanks Duncan, Lello, I should start a thread for people to post there photo's for me to practice on. I used to do retouching and repairs for a living when I had my B&W business and the occasional colour, work removing birthmarks and blemishes from children's photos.
