Like the adaptor rings you can use to fit Nikkors to Canon bodies??
Latest news putting the 'D80' at $899 seems to confirm it's place in the market - tweaked D70s with 10.2mp - a bit faster all round and a few design changes.

Sassan - I enjoy discussing equipment - don't know much but I know what I like!!

Apparently the new camera will be designated D80, this designation has been buzzing around for a few days but I have now found some photos (assuming they are not fake!)

It looks like it has an SD memory card hatch to the side. It would be an ideal second body for my D2X if it used CF but then I am sure Nikon would rather me buy a D200 as a second body that used CF.

My camera uses both CF & SD, simultaneously if the fancy takes you, Raw on one, jpeg on the other, though I never bother preferring Raw only. My point is that the SD is ALWAYS used in preference till it is full then I will change over to the CF. The SD is much faster especially when you d/l to the PC. A 1gb Sandisk EXIII will download in around 2 mins, the same CF card 4-5 mins
