Default POTW - w/e 11th October

Sorry for posting a little late. I have been on the road since Sunday travelling between Malaysia and New Zealand. I'm sending this from my Android tablet in a hotel foyer, so I'll be brief.

I liked very much, and short listed Marydoll's North Coast images and also JohnSD's 'the Three Bridges', so well done for those submissions. My choice this week goes to JohnSD for his Kelpies - Close Up. I know we've seen some extremely competent shots of these sculptures before, but this week, this image stood out for me

One of the best images of this gorgeous location.
I believe time of day and quality of sun light has significantly contributed to the welfare of this image.
Congratulation JohnSD and very good choice Graham.
