Trena: How about a macro image of Spring or end of a cord that has spring like thingy in its end?
Graham: My first thought was: What a Crap! So how about a crap? But then short look reveals very well stitch marks and cut leather. Nigel could be right so I go for an alternative, that is an sport ball. And because you know we can not come to conclusion in this side of pond about the name of the games such as football, I am not going to specify the game. So how about "Leather Ball"?
