Which is the calendar trick and no change of moon's actual color, when moon is seen for the second time in a single month as Moon's cycle (synodic cycle) is 29.53 days, while the month's cycle (Metonic cycle) 30.44 days. This happens once, evey 2 to three years, that is 7 times in 19 years!

I know, it's ridiculously easy ...I just loved the picture, it was taken in Longreach, QLD incidentally.
