Default POTW 5th November 2017

There were fewer uploads this week than last, but some good quality choices, I liked Archie's swan coming in to land - how do those wings hoist so much meat into the air? And also Robski's Ludlow bridge. However my award this week goes to Davet47 for his image entitled "At last!". It is a magnificent specimen of starlinghood (if there is such a word). The details of the plumage jump out of the screen and there is a fine bokeh to the background. I would have been tempted to clone out the distracting blue triangle on the baseline, but that's being picky and all in all ...I liked it.

Thanks again to all contributors ...keep 'em coming!
