			I doubt its a plant (Though could be wrong). A scaly creature is likely such as snake but they don't have such a good graffiti. May be a lizard.

			I hope you are not searching for a scientific name such as: Ptychozoon kuhli but my closest guess is a kind of reptile may be a Gecko, Chameleon, may be a garden snake or a frog.
